This year I haven’t watched any of the Super Bowl ads that were released early, but my friend Linda linked this on one of her various social media sites with the comment “I cried!” Cried?? Linda?? I mean, I know she is a big hockey nut, but that must mean something serious.

So I watched. And wow, what an amazing commercial.

And just think, America won’t see this spot because it’s only for Budweiser Canada. Because - of course - “south of the border” we would prefer bikinis, horses and dumb guys in bars to a little substance.

Great job, Budweiser Canada!

The best Super Bowl commercial that you won’t see during the Super Bowl unless you live in Canada. Hands down.
